Every brew is made with care, creativity, and whenever possible — ingredients grown right on our land or sourced locally from trusted partners. Brian Seltzer
Seltzer Cocktail – 7.8% ABV
This seltzer cocktail features our house made seltzer with your choice of peach, strawberry or raspberry puree.
Maize Runner
American Pilsner – 5.3% ABV | 18 IBU
This Pilsners golden color was inspired by the corn fields surrounding our farm. Our American Pilsner captures the essence of the farmlands with a touch of malt sweetness at the beginning, balanced by a crisp dry finish.
Golden Harvest
Kölsch- 4.5% ABV | 20 IBU
Our Kölsch pours a pale gold with a delicate white heads. On the palate, it offers a soft, grainy sweetness followed by a smooth, crisp finish that invites you to take another sip. Balanced, refreshing, and effortlessly drinkable.
Mesa Cerveza
Mexican Lager – 4.5% ABV | 20 IBU
This Mexican-style lager pays homage to tradition with a refreshing twist. Brewed true to style, a twist of lime was added to fermentation in the form of 10 pounds of fresh lime peels.
Watermelon Wheat
Wheat Ale – 6.2% ABV | 24 IBU
We crafted a traditional wheat ale and transformed it by adding 300 pounds of fresh puréed watermelon. The watermelon was added during fermentation, resulting in a light and refreshing beer…perfect for summer!
Fields At Rest
Dry Hopped Saison – 6.5% ABV | 20 IBU
This Saison is characteristically citrusy, lightly phenolic with delicate spice aromas. The yeast works in concert with the hops to provide a balanced flavorful finish.
Saison DuPort
Farmhouse Ale – 6.4% ABV | 21 IBU
Our Farmhouse Ale is a Belgium inspired saison. We chose a yeast with mild phenolic flavors and light esters. It’s our interpretation of a classic style. It was designed to be appealing to people who are new to the style along with saison enthusiasts. It’s lightly hopped so the yeast characteristics are spotlighted
Spruce Almighty
Spruce Tip IPA – 6.3% ABV | 40 IBU
This beer was a must have when you are fortunate enough to be located on a farm that grows over 10 acres of Christmas trees. Port Farms grows over 15,000 trees, all in varying degrees of maturity. The farm specializes in Norwegian Spruce and Blue Spruce trees that start to bud in mid May. The Port Farms & Poverty Knob team picked over 200 pounds of fresh spruce tips over two days. These tips were utilized in the mash and whirlpool processes. When the beer was finished, another 60 pounds of fresh spruce tips were hung in the fermentation tank as our “dry hop” to help accentuate the lemon aroma from the spruce.
Wicked Wilson
West Coast IPA – 7.2% ABV | 75 IBU
Traditional, West Coast IPA brewed with copious amounts of Centennial, Columbus, and Magnum hops for a bitter yet balanced IPA.
Obstructed View
Hazy IPA – 6.2% ABV | 40 IBU
This approachable IPA seamlessly combines a balanced malt profile with invigorating hop characteristics that are citrusy and refreshing.
Midnight Lager
Schwarzbier (Black Lager) – 5.2% ABV | 19 IBU | Available on Nitro
Schwarzbier, meaning “black beer” in German, may be the oldest continuously brewed beer style in the world. Evidence of just how old this beer style is, was uncovered in 1935 by archaeologists working in a Celtic tomb seven miles from Kulmbach, in northern Bavaria.
Oktoberfest
Märzen – 5.5% ABV | 28 IBU
Bavarian inspired festival beer. This malt forward lager is 5.5% abv and has a nice caramel finish, balanced with traditional Bavarian grain flavors and subtle Nobel hops. This is a seasonal beer.
Anniversary Beer – Year One
Imperial Stout – 8% ABV | 25 IBU | Available on Nitro
Celebrate our first anniversary with a decadent Imperial Stout inspired by German chocolate cake! This rich brew combines the deep flavors of dark chocolate and the enticing crunch of toasted coconut. Each sip highlights the dark chocolate wafers and toasted coconut that were added in. Indulge in this sumptuous creation that pays tribute to our journey—it’s a delicious toast to the past and a sweet promise for the future!
Grape Vibes
Fruited Sour – 5.4% ABV | 3 IBU
Dive into a refreshing explosion of flavor with Grape Vibes, our American fruited sour crafted with 650 pounds of local grapes from Moorhead Farms. This delightful brew combines the bold sweetness of Concord grapes with the vibrant notes of Dornfelder, creating a perfectly balanced and invigorating sour ale. Each sip bursts with grape goodness!
Stings Like A Bee
Belgian Golden Strong Ale – 9.9% ABV | 20 IBU
Discover our unique interpretation of a Belgian-style Golden Strong Ale, a brew that masterfully balances strength and approachability. This Belgian Strong Ale boasts a complex, fruity profile, with an ABV that sits on the higher end of the spectrum yet remains inviting to a wide range of palates. The spiciness comes from the Belgian yeast, complemented by a light honey finish from our addition of local honey.
Citra Sunrise
American IPA – 6.2% ABV | 36 IBU
This double dry hopped American IPA stands in ridged defiance against the oncoming winter. Copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Mackinac hops were added during whirlpool and twice during fermentation to add to the orange and Myer lemon aroma.
