Brian Seltzer
Seltzer Cocktail – 7.8% ABV
This seltzer cocktail features our house made seltzer with your choice of peach, strawberry or raspberry puree.
Maize Runner
American Pilsner – 5.3% ABV | 18 IBU
This Pilsners golden color was inspired by the corn fields surrounding our farm. Our American Pilsner captures the essence of the farmlands with a touch of malt sweetness at the beginning, balanced by a crisp dry finish.
Golden Harvest
Kölsch- 4.5% ABV | 20 IBU
Our Kölsch pours a pale gold with a delicate white heads. On the palate, it offers a soft, grainy sweetness followed by a smooth, crisp finish that invites you to take another sip. Balanced, refreshing, and effortlessly drinkable.
South of 90
Hazy IPA – 7% ABV | 42 IBU
Good things are brewing here in Waterford, PA — just South of 90. This hazy IPA is bursting with Galaxy, Nectaron, and Dolcita hops, delivering waves of tropical fruit, citrus, and soft stone-fruit sweetness. Unfiltered, silky smooth, and dangerously juicy… this one goes down easy.
Spruce Almighty
Spruce Tip IPA – 6.3% ABV | 40 IBU |10 oz. pour only
This beer was a must have when you are fortunate enough to be located on a farm that grows over 10 acres of Christmas trees. Port Farms grows over 15,000 trees, all in varying degrees of maturity. The farm specializes in Norwegian Spruce and Blue Spruce trees that start to bud in mid May. The Port Farms & Poverty Knob team picked over 200 pounds of fresh spruce tips over two days. These tips were utilized in the mash and whirlpool processes. When the beer was finished, another 60 pounds of fresh spruce tips were hung in the fermentation tank as our “dry hop” to help accentuate the lemon aroma from the spruce.
Blood Orange Wheat
Fruited Wheat Ale – 5.8% ABV | 24 IBU
We started with a classic wheat ale and brightened it up with 300 pounds of fresh puréed blood oranges. The fruit was added during fermentation, along with a subtle touch of coriander seed, creating a light, refreshing ale with vibrant citrus character and a smooth, easy-drinking finish.
Saison DuPort
Farmhouse Ale – 6.4% ABV | 21 IBU
Our Farmhouse Ale is a Belgium inspired saison. We chose a yeast with mild phenolic flavors and light esters. It’s our interpretation of a classic style. It was designed to be appealing to people who are new to the style along with saison enthusiasts. It’s lightly hopped so the yeast characteristics are spotlighted.
Citra Sunrise
American IPA – 6.2% ABV | 36 IBU
This double dry hopped American IPA stands in ridged defiance against the oncoming winter. Copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Mackinac hops were added during whirlpool and twice during fermentation adding to the orange and Myer Lemon aroma.
Midnight Lager
Schwarzbier – 5.2% ABV | 19 IBU
Schwarzbier, or “black beer” in German, is one of the world’s oldest beer styles, with origins traced back to a Celtic tomb near Kulmbach, Bavaria. Smooth and malt-forward, it offers subtle notes of chocolate and light roast with low bitterness.
Obstructed View
IPA – 6.2% ABV | 40 IBU
This approachable IPA seamlessly combines a balanced malt profile with invigorating hop characteristics that are citrusy and refreshing.
Watermelon Wheat
Wheat Ale – 4.7% ABV | 24 IBU
We crafted a traditional wheat ale and transformed it by adding 300 pounds of fresh puréed watermelon. The watermelon was added during fermentation, resulting in a light and refreshing beer…perfect for summer!
Oktoberfest
Märzen – 5.5% ABV | 28 IBU
Bavarian inspired festival beer. This malt forward lager is 5.5% abv and has a nice caramel finish, balanced with traditional Bavarian grain flavors and subtle Nobel hops. This is a seasonal beer.
Brown Eyed Girl
American Stout – 6.2% ABV | 28 IBU
This rum stout was crafted with the rich combination of whole vanilla beans and raisins infused with local rum. This combination with the carefully selected malt bill, brings forth notes of chocolate and a subtle roast, perfectly enhancing the sweetness derived from the raisins and whole vanilla beans
Pie Thief
Fruited Sour – 5.4% ABV | 3 IBU | *Contains lactose
Brewed with 300 pounds of strawberry purée and locally sourced rhubarb, Pie Thief tastes like you stole your grandma’s strawberry-rhubarb pie and fermented it! Bright, juicy, and perfectly tart with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Kettle Corn Stout
Golden Milk Stout – 6.4% ABV | 21 IBU |*Contains lactose
Served with a small sample of our famous farm-made kettle corn.
Inspired by one of the farm’s most loved traditions, this Golden Milk Stout captures the nostalgic flavor of our signature kettle corn. Pouring a rich golden color, it features notes of caramel, brown sugar, and molasses with a creamy, full-bodied finish. Brewed without dark roasted malts — often called a “blonde stout” — it delivers the flavor and mouthfeel of a traditional stout while highlighting the warm sweetness of fresh kettle corn. A festival favorite reimagined in beer form and a tribute to the flavor our farm is known for.
Livin’ On a Pear
American Fruited Sour – 5.4% ABV | 6 IBU
Livin’ on a Pear is an American fruited sour bursting with 300 lbs of prickly pear purée. Bright, refreshing, and a little wild, it pours a vibrant pink and delivers mildly sweet notes of watermelon, kiwi, and berry-like fruit with a crisp, refreshing finish—while still tasting uniquely its own. Ask for it as a Shandy!
Mesa Cervesa
Mexican Lager – 4.5% ABV | 20 IBU
This Mexican-style lime lager is brewed true to tradition with a refreshing twist—10 lbs of fresh lime peel added during fermentation for that crisp, citrusy kick.
