Every brew is made with care, creativity, and whenever possible — ingredients grown right on our land or sourced locally from trusted partners. Brian Seltzer
Seltzer Cocktail – 7.8% ABV
This seltzer cocktail features our house made seltzer with your choice of peach, strawberry or raspberry puree.
Maize Runner
American Pilsner – 5.3% ABV | 18 IBU
This Pilsners golden color was inspired by the corn fields surrounding our farm. Our American Pilsner captures the essence of the farmlands with a touch of malt sweetness at the beginning, balanced by a crisp dry finish.
Golden Harvest
Kölsch- 4.5% ABV | 20 IBU
Our Kölsch pours a pale gold with a delicate white heads. On the palate, it offers a soft, grainy sweetness followed by a smooth, crisp finish that invites you to take another sip. Balanced, refreshing, and effortlessly drinkable.
South of 90
Hazy IPA – 7% ABV | 42 IBU
Good things are brewing here in Waterford, PA — just South of 90. This hazy IPA is bursting with Galaxy, Nectaron, and Dolcita hops, delivering waves of tropical fruit, citrus, and soft stone-fruit sweetness. Unfiltered, silky smooth, and dangerously juicy… this one goes down easy.
Blueberry Wheat
Wheat Ale – 4.7% ABV | 24 IBU
We crafted a traditional wheat ale and transformed it by adding 300 pounds of fresh puréed blueberries. The purée was added during fermentation, resulting in a light and refreshing beer!
Wicked Wilson
West Coast IPA – 7.2% ABV | 75 IBU
Traditional, West Coast IPA brewed with copious amounts of Centennial, Columbus, and Magnum hops for a bitter yet balanced IPA.
Saison DuPort
Farmhouse Ale – 6.4% ABV | 21 IBU
Our Farmhouse Ale is a Belgium inspired saison. We chose a yeast with mild phenolic flavors and light esters. It’s our interpretation of a classic style. It was designed to be appealing to people who are new to the style along with saison enthusiasts. It’s lightly hopped so the yeast characteristics are spotlighted
Spruce Almighty
Spruce Tip IPA – 6.3% ABV | 40 IBU
This beer was a must have when you are fortunate enough to be located on a farm that grows over 10 acres of Christmas trees. Port Farms grows over 15,000 trees, all in varying degrees of maturity. The farm specializes in Norwegian Spruce and Blue Spruce trees that start to bud in mid May. The Port Farms & Poverty Knob team picked over 200 pounds of fresh spruce tips over two days. These tips were utilized in the mash and whirlpool processes. When the beer was finished, another 60 pounds of fresh spruce tips were hung in the fermentation tank as our “dry hop” to help accentuate the lemon aroma from the spruce.
Midnight Lager
Schwarzbier – 5.2% ABV | 19 IBU
Schwarzbier, or “black beer” in German, is one of the world’s oldest beer styles, with origins traced back to a Celtic tomb near Kulmbach, Bavaria. Smooth and malt-forward, it offers subtle notes of chocolate and light roast with low bitterness.
Obstructed View
Hazy IPA – 6.2% ABV | 40 IBU
This approachable IPA seamlessly combines a balanced malt profile with invigorating hop characteristics that are citrusy and refreshing.
Slient Night
Winter Ale – 10.6% ABV | 18 IBU |10 oz. pour only
Silent Night is our cozy Christmas Ale, glowing amber-brown and crowned with a creamy head. Brewed with a Belgian candy syrup made right here on the farm, it’s layered with orange peel, candied ginger, and mulling spices for a flavor that’s both rich and comforting. Each sip brings notes of caramel sweetness, gentle spice, and a touch of citrus warmth — like a fireside toast to the season.
Oktoberfest
Märzen – 5.5% ABV | 28 IBU
Bavarian inspired festival beer. This malt forward lager is 5.5% abv and has a nice caramel finish, balanced with traditional Bavarian grain flavors and subtle Nobel hops. This is a seasonal beer.
Brown Eyed Girl
American Stout – 6.2% ABV | 28 IBU
This rum stout was crafted with the rich combination of whole vanilla beans and raisins infused with local rum. This combination with the carefully selected malt bill, brings forth notes of chocolate and a subtle roast, perfectly enhancing the sweetness derived from the raisins and whole vanilla beans
She’s My Cherry Pie
Fruited Sour – 5.4% ABV | 3 IBU | *Contains lactose
Packed with 300 pounds of luscious cherry purée, this American fruited sour delivers a vibrant burst of tart-sweet cherry flavor. Bright, juicy, and refreshingly tangy
Fields At Rest
Dry Hopped Saison – 6.5% ABV | 20 IBU
This Saison is characteristically citrusy, lightly phenolic with delicate spice aromas. The yeast works in concert with the hops to provide a balanced flavorful finish.
Pie Thief
Fruited Sour – 5.4% ABV | 3 IBU | *Contains lactose
Brewed with 300 pounds of strawberry purée and locally sourced rhubarb, Pie Thief tastes like you stole your grandma’s strawberry-rhubarb pie and fermented it! Bright, juicy, and perfectly tart with a crisp, refreshing finish.
