About the organization: Our Vision – Waterford Economic Community Action Network (W.E.C.A.N.) envisions a Fort LeBoeuf community that is safe, healthy, vibrant, forward-thinking, and prosperous.  A community where individuals, families, and businesses can grow and thrive and where community spirit abounds. Our Mission –  At Waterford Economic Community Action Network (W.E.C.A.N.) we are dedicated to creating a community where families and businesses are empowered to thrive in a small-town setting.  We collaborate with local government and community organizations to improve access to art & culture, health & wellness, and parks & recreation.  We create avenues to reignite and revitalize economic development within the Fort LeBoeuf region.
